Immunology and Microbiology

Research interests

I am part of a research group investigating the post transcriptional regulation of cytokines in context of tumour microenvironment, and more specifically focusing on Interferon Gamma regulation. I aim at better understanding the immune blockage happening in cancer and T-cell (TILs) therapies, with an outlook on possible medical application.

  • Conventional and Imaging flow cytometry and cell sorting
  • Culture and differentiation of T-cells in vitro
  • Quantitative PCR, Western blotting
  • Melanoma mouse models
