OctaplasLG®
OctaplasLG® is pooled, sd-treated and prion reduced plasma. Octapharma produces OctaplasLG® from plasma donations of voluntary non-remunerated Dutch donors (collected by Sanquin) and others.
A batch OctaplasLG® consists of ca. 600-1200 plasma donations. Due to pooling, it has a standardized content of anti-coagulation factors and other plasma proteins. For more information and characteristics: Octapharma.com
