IgG subclass monoclonal reagents
Sanquin offers IgG monoclonal reagents. The source of the antibodies is mouse.
Principle
The (ion)chromatographically purified immunoglobulin fractions are available both unlabeled and as horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated.
Content of the sets
The monoclonals can be orderd separately or as a set. There are two forms available; Unlabelled (M1327) and HRP-labelled (M1742).
The origin of the antibodies is mouse. The antibody concentration is approximately 1 mg/ml.
Both forms contain antisera to the four human subclasses, available as separate vials or as a complete set.
Cross-reactivity
- a-IgG1, a-IgG2 and a-IgG3 do not cross-react with IgG molecules of goat, horse, pig, rabbit and sheep.
- a-IgG4 does not cross-react with IgG molecules of rabbit, but does cross-react with IgG molecules of goat and sheep.
- a-IgG2 does cross-react with bovine IgG molecules.
