At Sanquin we have years of experience in developing Diagnostics for measuring drug levels as well as Anti-Drug Antibodies (ADA) to therapeutic biologics. Sanquin hosts specialists on immunogenicity who published numerous peer-reviewed papers on immunogenicity and how to act upon anti-drug antibody  formation.
Our in-house KOLs Gertjan Wolbink MD PhD (Reade/Sanquin) and Theo Rispens PhD and our collaborators Joep Killestein PhD (Vumc) and Thomas van Stappen MSc (KU Leuven) will share their knowledge and clinical practise. Topics of this masterclass include optimising treatment with biologics, using the available assays for therapeutic drug monitoring, and the relevance of immunogenicity.
