Cancelling a donation appointment
It may happen that you have received a card for a donation appointment, but cannot make it at the indicated time. In that case, it is very important that you cancel your appointment, preferrably at least 24 hours before. This is especially evident in case of plasma donations. Online You can cancel or postpone your donation appointment via this Dutch online form, also for holidays. You will automatically receive a new card for a donation appointment. *If you are a plasma donor, please cancel your appointment by phone at least 24 hours prior to the planned appointment to directly arrange a new appointment. By phone or e-mail Please call the 0800 number that is connected to your donation centre. If you do not know in which region you give blood, please check the location finder for the appropiate regional telephone number. Although not necessary, it is practical for us if you keep your donation number at hand when calling us.
